We can provide a light refurb to the property-if necessary and this will be at our own cost to your benefit at the end of our agreement. We then sublet and manage the property and maintain it to the highest standard ensuring tenants and landlords are happy with our service. We also ensure the property is cleaned and cover the cost of maintenance on your behalf.
Landlord’s Tenant
We normally have a contract with landlords for 2-5 years, guaranteeing them a monthly fixed rental income.
